From formal meetings to a chat at the water cooler, you'll learn how to enable powerful coaching conversations to happen. Practical demonstrations, tools and techniques, with 'as live' practise and feedback. Group size 8 - 12.

Up Your Presence & Impact

A 2 day workshop for people wanting to pitch, present and interview with poise and confidence. A chance to try out practical tools and techniques to help you prepare mentally and physically to be your best under pressure. 'As live' presenting practise with feedback 'in the moment'. The course is designed and delivered by Rachel Ellison who is a former BBC news correspondent and television presenter. Learning in a collaborative atmosphere, this course is high energy and fun. Groups of 6 - 8 people.
